HOW FAR: 30 Weeks// 10 (or less) weeks left! *enter shock face emoji*
BABY IS THE SIZE OF A: Yummy Cantaloupe (17 in, 3.1lbs)
MATERNITY CLOTHES: Maternity leggings. I think it's time to buy some maternity tops. I'm starting to stretch my regular tops :/
SLEEP: Ehh.. not so good.
MOVEMENT: Yes!
BEST MOMENT OF THE WEEK: Getting this random text from Robby yesterday, "Hey sweetie!! I need you to go pick out an anniversary dress. Nothing really fancy just business casual or church dress. I love you!!!!"
WORST MOMENT THIS WEEK: Going in for the 3-hr glucose testing. This time I tried the orange drink which was so gross and a lot sweeter than the first drink. The first hour was torture! Good thing I had some extra peppermint oil to help with the nauseous feeling and with the headache I was starting to get, probably from that sugary drink. I also found some headphones in my purse which helped out a lot.

Here's my advice to anyone who has to go in for the 3-hr testing:
Go in as soon as they open or possibly even sooner, so you can be the FIRST to sign-up. I got there right when the office opened but there was 5 people already there waiting :/ Bring- peppermint oil (I put it on my temples and behind my neck), headphones for your iphone or ipad, travel neck-pillow and some sunglasses!!! YES, I was about to walk to my car to get my sunglasses because the lighting in there was making my head hurt even more, but I didn't want to move because I was concentrating on keeping that drink down. I didn't care AT ALL what people thought of me that day. I wasn't about to throw-up. Once you throw-up its GAME OVER and you'll have to go in another day for a re-do.

Also, make sure you bring water and some snacks for afterwards. Although, after the test was over I wasn't really craving anything. I thought I was going to inhale all the snacks in my purse, but honestly, that sweet drink just made me feel sick and I think I was just pass the point of no return.
UPDATE: WORST MOMENT THIS WEEK: Being in SO MUCH pain and spending the night at the hospital because of a gallstone attack!!! That 3-hr glucose test was a piece of cake compared to that gallstone attack. Mmmm.. cake!!
GENDER: GIRL!!!
MISS ANYTHING: Robby.
FOOD CRAVINGS: I haven't really been craving one particular food. I had a bean, cheese and sour cream burrito & chips and salsa from Rubio's yesterday for dinner which was yummy :)
ANYTHING MAKE YOU QUEASY: Glucose drinks!
AM I SHOWING: Yes!
SYMPTOMS: I've been feeling okay this week. Probably just cramping..
STRETCH MARKS: Not yet.
HAPPY OR MOODY: Moody and emotional.
LOOKING FORWARD TO: Robby coming home.
NURSERY: Don't even get me started on the nursery. I'm sooo confused on the nursery decor :(

29 Weeks

HOW FAR: 29 Weeks
BABY IS THE SIZE OF A: Pineapple (17 in, 2.9 lbs)
MATERNITY CLOTHES: Maternity leggings and jeans.
SLEEP: It's alright. It's getting a lot harder to move from one side to the other.
MOVEMENT: Yes. I did get scared yesterday morning because I didn't feel her move for a couple hours. Usually she'll move when I wake up and especially after I eat and/or drink something, but she was not budging. I did feel a couple small flutters but I was still worried, so I ended up calling the doctors office. She asked if I ate or drank something sweet.. which I did. She said to drink ice cold water and to monitor her kicks/movement and if she still didn't move to go into labor and delivery to get a stress test done. I hung up the phone and started balling! I ended up drinking ice cold water and she started moving around like crazy :)
BEST MOMENT OF THE WEEK: Getting this text today from Robby.. "Tell 'baby girl' (he wrote her name) daddy loves her :)."
WORST MOMENT THIS WEEK: FAILING my first glucose test. I have to go in for the good ol' three hour test. JOY!
GENDER: GIRL!!!
MISS ANYTHING: My hubby! And being able to lick raw brownie batter :p
FOOD CRAVINGS: Still chocolate covered strawberries and cantaloupe. I ate A WHOLE cantaloupe to myself the other day. Mexican food has been sounding yummy too!
ANYTHING MAKE YOU QUEASY: No!
AM I SHOWING: Yes!
SYMPTOMS: HEARTBURN!!!
STRETCH MARKS: Not yet.
HAPPY OR MOODY: Both. Still crying over everything!
LOOKING FORWARD TO: Seeing Robby and getting everything together for the baby shower.
NURSERY: We got the rocking chair and ceiling light this week. Can't wait for Robby to put that up!

29 WEEK BELLY

2.05.2015

28 Weeks

HOW FAR: 28 Weeks 1 Day/3RD TRIMESTER BABY!!!!!
BABY IS THE SIZE OF A: Tropical Coconut (16 in, 2.5 lbs)
MATERNITY CLOTHES: Just the black leggings. I may need to buy some maternity tops soon.
SLEEP: Eh.. okay, I guess.
MOVEMENT: I feel her move every single day, but some days are more consistent than others. My doctor said I can start counting kicks but I think that will just freak me out even more. What are your thoughts on counting kicks?! I never even heard of that until my cousin said something to me about it.
BEST MOMENT OF THE WEEK: Hearing her heartbeat at the doctors office this morning. That sound will NEVER get old :)
WORST MOMENT THIS WEEK: Umm.. probably the glucose testing this morning...? I do have to say.. that drink wasn't bad AT ALL. To me, it tasted like Hawaiian fruit punch. Now, I'm just praying for good results! :/
GENDER: GIRL!!!
MISS ANYTHING: My hubby.
FOOD CRAVINGS: I've been wanting some chocolate covered strawberries (Hint: Valentine's gift hubby? *wink*) and cantaloupe.
ANYTHING MAKE YOU QUEASY: No!
AM I SHOWING: Yes!
SYMPTOMS: Very light cramping/round ligament pain, tingling throughout my right leg and foot (mostly happens at night when I lay down), emotional/sensitive.
STRETCH MARKS: Nope! Reminds me.. I need to buy more belly cream.
HAPPY OR MOODY: Both!
LOOKING FORWARD TO: Getting all the little things I've been ordering online for baby girl. Some things I have to wait WEEKS for which is killing me. I'm also looking forward to baby showers :) Once those are done.. I can see what else baby girl needs, buy the remaining items and maybe that will make me feel a little bit more prepared. Then I can start organizing everything! I better get those invites out soon!
NURSERY: Haven't done anything else yet to the room. Still waiting on some things.
